Cancellation and refund policy: band seasons

We want this program to be a great experience for every family. This policy is designed to be fair to both students and to the program, which relies on consistent enrollment to function. Your specific installment dates are provided at enrollment and confirmed in your enrollment confirmation email.

The enrollment deposit ($100). The deposit reserves your child's spot and is refundable in full within 7 days of payment. After 7 days, the deposit is non-refundable regardless of when you withdraw.

Withdrawal before your first installment. If you withdraw before your first installment processes, we will cancel your remaining payments immediately. No administration fees apply. The deposit remains non-refundable per the terms above.

Withdrawal between your first and second installments. Your first installment is non-refundable once processed. We will cancel your second and third installments immediately upon request. No further charges will occur.

Withdrawal between your second and third installments. Your first and second installments are non-refundable. We will cancel your third installment upon request, provided we receive notice at least 7 days before your third installment's scheduled date. Cancellation requests received fewer than 7 days before a billing date cannot guarantee that payment will be stopped.

Withdrawal after your final installment. All installments are non-refundable at this stage. The season is complete and all program costs have been committed.

Medical or family emergencies. Serious and documented emergencies will be reviewed individually. We may offer a partial credit toward a future season at our discretion. We are always willing to have a conversation.

Beginner classes

Payment for a beginner class, such as First Chords, is refundable in full until the first session.

Photos and privacy

We share photos and videos of students only with their family's permission, and we never share students' last names publicly.
